So my book is basically about how all these different religions and whatnot believe the nd of our current world is approaching and what it means in a global view kinda. And the author's thesis is basically that Man is about to go through an awkening of a new type that will allow us to have a higher perspective, to allow us to exapnd our thoughts

i agreee with almost everything you said. As far as horoscopes though, I believe most of us fall within the personalities of our signs, and many of us do if we realize it or not. For those that is true for (not all are, and not all want to acknowledge that they are) I think horoscopes can be somewhat accurate. The ones in the paper I always feel are fake though, they always say stuff like "today is a 7" but they neve have days that are 2s on there, and God knows I have had days that were 2s and 1s. But as far as everything else you said, I am in aggreement, im not getting my hopes up. I'm almost too numb by this point to.
