Fail! Pass!

Another busy week over and a new one's begun.
Tuesday I went to methodoverload's to admire his new tv and watch "The (USAian) Office" with him and a ravenous erinor_rigby. While there I got to meet Method's cat, she's an adorable small kitty that reminds me of my brother's former cat, Underpants. "The Office" was good, I hadn't watched it before and was curious how it ( Read more... )

I've tried watching the UK version of The Office. I couldn't get into it, even though I like the US version.,

Yup, even though a lot of fuss was made over the UK version I'd rather watch the US version too.

As you may or may not know, I don't patronized Willis movies. This guy is a fraud and a posueur, and over his entire acting "career" only one authentic line of dialogue "Zed's dead, Zed's dead, baby". However, I'll most likely join the group at IHOP.

If your car is 1996 and newer they no longer check your emissions through hooking your cars tail pipe up. They now go by what you cars computer can tell them. Which means if your 'check engine' light is on for any reason you fail. Most likely thing wrong with your car is you have an emissions/ oxygen sensor out. I recommend if you know any one familiar with cars to grab them go down to auto zone or some thing similar borrow there tester and find out which sensor is out. If it is one of the easier ones to get to replace it your self. Most of the time it cost more in labor then the part cost.

In my case I have to tell them to run my car. They think my abs break light being on half the time means there is some thing wrong. So now when I go in I have my owners manual open to the page with what that light means. It goes much faster that way.

Thanks, good to know. I don't know anything about cars or know anyone who does but I have a local mechanic I can take the problem to, so that's a start.

"The Office" was good, I hadn't watched it before and was curious how it would compare to Ricky Gervais' "Office". It was more absurd and less bleak.
I rented the first season of the British Office recently, I haven't seen the American one yet.

The American version is definitely more pleasant. The best word to describe most of the characters in the UK version is 'nasty.'
