it isnt what youve done on campus that makes people talk about you
you care too much about what other people think of you

it would always be what i did for others, what cause i drove, what i did to help that helped me make sense of why people would like me, want to talk about me....

maybe they just liked me as a human being? and not as rugby player?

I think you are on the right track. I try to tell my sister that all she needs to care about is how she feels about herself and she won't consider it. What other people think is too important to her. I understand the need to want to please for approval but I too am slowly learning that its liking myself just for me that really matters. I think you can do it. I have liked you since the beginning, before you played rugby or was a women's studies coordinator. I love you no matter what. Now write your papers!
