I don't know what I'd do. It does seem like quite the moral conundrum. My first thought was, couldn't he put on a hazMat suit or something so nothing could get to him but he could be by her bedside?

I hope your own health is relatively stable right now. I miss you and miss the way you would always cough when you laughed (although that probably wasn't a good thing). Let's chat soon.

I didn't see that episode but would have liked to. It always makes me mad when they portray CF as "you are dying RIGHT NOW" as opposed to "people with CF can have relatively normal lives if they take care of themselves". As for having children, I wish I was one of those lucky ones with CF who WAS able to have kids.... but alas, I don't think I am. And that is sad cause I want a baby :(
