Watching The Food Network has gotten me back on my fresh herbs for cooking bandwagon thingy, so a few days ago I picked up seeds for chives, dill, oregano, coriander, parsley, basil, and thyme! YAY! Cooking with fresh spices made a ridiculous difference in the taste of the food. Just that thought is making me hungry now. The difference was night and day, almost restaurant quality or better depending on the dish - anyhow lights out - work in the morning.
