Here's an email i got from a japanese colleague today:

Oddly enough, in Japan, guys receive stuff from the women/girls. White Day, which is one month after Valentine's Day is when the guys reciprocate. Awsome marketing ploy eh?

maybe not twice the market, but definitely twice the hype!
