ermm i have mixed reactions about this drama. well it was good.. the characters.. the acting.. the comedy part.. but i think the storyline or ending is expected. just like gokusen. that, i dont quite like. it's like you know what is going to happen next. delinquents changed because of a 'passionate' teacher and achieve success. well in this case the success was much better lah... playing baseball and going to koshien. unlike gokusen, which was just to stop fighting and graduate. but as far as the storyline goes, boring for me. the characters kept me going though. very interesting characters and as what u said, it focuses on the whole team which i really like. im starting to wonder how i watched all 3 gokusens sia! haha. i think that could be the reason why i kinda malas to watch rookies ah...

but! i do want to watch the SP and movie. just for the characters. :)

wahaha... i never finished gokusen 2 and 3, coz yankumi is really crappy! but now i wanna watch gokusen 3 coz of miura haruma.

u like captain? i tot his role was mediocre. he was like crybaby. if u ever watch nodame cantabile, u would see the difference in character for him.

i like wakana. v. handsome. i know he is married. his wife is a v. popular young actress. i think she was younger than 20 when they got married. i tot it was sweet, until i read rumours of him having a fling outside. still, dunno whether that is true.

i didn't know sensei is the same age as ohno and okada. with this hair, he looked v. v. old. i like him in AnS. so funny that episode.
