1) I totally agree. If a person has the money, and the inclination, they ought to feel totally comfortable blowing their entire budget on proper care for their child.. heck, I'd even go so far as to say that any person should never be criticized for how they spend their money (so long as they have it to spend, and it's not illegal or hurting another person). It's my money, I'm gonna spend it how I see fit. What the heck gives anyone else the right to comment? And spending it on the well-being of my child is certainly going to be important. I don't want to hear anyone else telling me I shouldn't spend all the money I want to seeing my child be safe, happy and educated

This is one thing I failed to say in my post: I agree that, in general, child care should probably be cheaper, especially for those people who *can't* afford child care. The choices become skimp on child care and work, or don't work and go on welfare. What sort of a choice is that
