I still read my friend list occasionally. But most of the time it's an afterthought when I check the comm, because none of my friends use LJ anymore.
Haha I have no idea what Love Live is but I should probably check it out because Tumblr won't shut up about it. Same with Miraculous Ladybug. I'm so behind on fandom news because I've been in Starbucks hell for the last year.
Jealous of your Tokyo adventures. It's only been 6 months since I returned from my Japan trip and I already want to go back. (And not just for shopping, although shopping is fun.) I won't be able to go to Japan again until at least late 2018 because I am about to be enslaved to grad school... but I do have plans to visit Tokyo for the 2020 Olympics.

love live is best described as school idol hell. you watch a few episodes, discover your favourite characters, and before you know it you're neck deep in music and plastic butts. it's so charming i can hardly stand it. ;-;
ladybug is on hiatus until season 2 starts in may, so you have a while to catch up if you get interested in that!

I wish they had chosen somewhere else to move. Twitter is probably my least favorite place to hold conversations, both because of the character limits and the lack of privacy.
Joke's on you because I'm already neck deep in plastic butts! Except most of them are boys in tight leather pants instead of school idols. I warned roommate in advance, but she did not comprehend the scope of the problem until we actually moved in together.
Tokyo 2020 is the place to be! I am even dragging my parents to Japan for the Olympics.
I still linger here somewhat, though I have not made a post in ages. I've mostly been active on Facebook and playing World of Warcraft takes up a lot of my free time since I have become an avid raider.
Really wish I could go back to Japan, but it won't be for several years before I can return and that is if my body can handle the long flight and all the walking. My knees really crapped out on me the last time I was there, but I still enjoyed every minute. I hope you have a great time and post plenty of pics...:)
my roommates play WoW, so i totally understand! i like seeing your facebook posts about it, since i don't play anymore myself.
i think i'll post pictures mostly on facebook, but i might document my trip a little bit here as well just because. i'm not sure if i want to take videos or not while i'm there too. :U
I have to get my main toon's ilevel up to 840 by the 20th, that is when the first raid of the new expansion opens. I also need to level an alt for I will be running with a couple different raid groups. At least it keeps me out of trouble, LOL!! :D
When I went last time, I posted pics just on Facebook. I tried to upload pics daily while I was there, eventually I got behind. Can't wait to see your pics...:)

I've been on LJ a little more since the app came out, which is excellent. Wish fandom would migrate back, because Tumblr's great for a lot of things but not really community discussion.
ML is my life right now too. God. What a gem of a show. Can't wait for season 2!!!!! Who's your favorite akuma?
