I have returned from Leadershape and Illinois. I have never seen so much corn in my life. Leadershape was not life changing, but it was life affirming for me. It really gave me the hope and encouragement I needed to get things done. It was comforting to know that I'm not alone and that there are people out there who care. Plus I met a whole bunch
