THis last episode of doctor who was really strange.I'm not even entirely sure I liked it.

the angels had their scary moments as usual but they weren't as important .
the crack was just really weird. what the hell is it and why is it following amy?
you know when amy is sitting down, eyes closed, and The Doctor tells her to remember? that clearly wasn't him. he'd left already. and he was wearing a jacket. so it was either Amy's mind or it was the crack, that's my theory. the crack took the Doctor's image from somewhere, perhaps amy's mind and use it to talk to her.to tell her to remember. but remember what? the explosion apparently started in amy's wall, in her bedroom. but it was there before the Doctor arrived.
I also thought the crack might somehow be amy.
or that someone else was on the ship but it makes sense for it to be the crack. and apparently it's following amy and the Doctor. why? would it have erased amy?
it kinda gave me the impression that it was in fact protecting her.
which is really weird. who is amy, is she human, is she special or important?

(eta: I also read a theory that it might actually be the Doctor, coming from the future to talk to her, to warn her or something. he may have actually parked the TARDIS properly)

so if the crack is rewriting history, that does mean it rewrote the daleks invasion? what, it rewrote rtd's stories? WHAT? and when did the cyberking come into play, that hadn't even been mentioned before!
if it rewrote the daleks invasion, what about the people involved?

I thought it was weird that when the Doctor was searching for the origin of the explosion, the date he got was 26/06/20 - and we didn't see the year. I thought it might meant something , continue the mystery of amy's time.but then it said clearly 2010 in the Doctor's memory. so what, was that just an editing error? cut away too soon like rory's badge? seriously, moffat?
I expect better from doctor who. and whatever is going wrong, I blame moffat. he's in charge after all

eta: he's either dropped the ball twice now or he's playing with us and they do actually mean something.your guess is as good as mine,

about amy jumping the Doctor: I don't think it's terribly out of character. she seems like the type of confident girl who goes after what she wants. and she wants the Doctor. that's been clear for a while. she may not be in love with him but she certainly fancies him. and would like to shag him. well, who wouldn't?

she said she was happy if it was just a one night stand. it might be a cold-feet, one adventure before marriage thing.

eta: I actually like the Doctor-and-Amy as siblings view and I think it's still possible. he and amy can talk, work it out, stay friends, move on. or they can shag and then talk and move on.

I found surprising that they went there, that they had her do it. but her doing that wasn't particularly surprising, nor was the Doctor refusing her.

doctor who, review, moffat this is all your fault, amy and the doctor
