ALSO:

This is why I tend to not META too much in fandom. I mean I do in my head but I don't actively participate in it in fandom wide way because...

We will never get all the answers to anything.

To me that is part of the fun though!

Well. It is a show about time travel. It's not supposed to make sense.

I think this episode is way more realistic than anything RTD ever did. Have you ever read The Time Traveler's Wife? Or anything by Michael Crichton? Time travel is supposed to be messed up, topsy-turvy, and fantastically confusing. Moffat only put it on a television screen for us to enjoy.

I'd rather Moffat take his time answering questions than just give us some random crap that makes no sense, like the series four finale.

I do miss Ten, but I don't miss RTD and his cheap writing. Moffat takes science fiction to a new level and allows us to think.

The only question that remained unanswered for me was: Who is River Song? I don't want a cheap answer to that. I want a great storyline.

Just my opinion. :)

I tried to read the time traveler's wife. I thought it was incredibly boring.

and it's not michael chricton is such a fantastic writer that should be emulated.

I think I don't like that the episode was resolved so easily, especially with eleven jumping all over the place with the manipulator. if only I'd had an answer or even a theory as to why the TARDIS blew up, which is the raison d'etre of the episodes, I would be a lot happier.
