I was thinking of it while uploading icons... and a terrorist could attack her while she's at the festival. She wants to do something to help the starving orphans (I can totally see her doing that.) Cornelia is lucky enough to carry around her sword and Guilford hides a gun under his coat in case Cornelia needs protection. :'D
