YAAAAAAY.  So, we've been playing "Biggest Loser" at work.  At the end of week one I've lost 8.6 pounds.   I tied with Carly, who works in Holland. I'm 23 today.  I'm going to wear a pretty dress, eat ice cream and blueberries.  Later, Me, Marlon, Josh are going to eat dinner at The Chop House, downtown.  It's a pretty day today, and I feel loved.

I fell down today.  I was on lunch at work, and walking down the stairs to go back to work.  I slipped in something wet and my left foot shot out from underneath me.  I fell back against the stairs, and got a soft tissue contusion with bruising in my back.  I went back to work for a little bit, figuring, gee I fell down, it'll hurt for a bit and ( Read more... )

The furniture's here.  It's too big for the space.  It's not as light colored as it seemed in the showroom.  One of the handles for the drawers isn't straight.  For that matter, it's difficult to open that drawer.  I have a headache from the way it smells.  I put the futon in the car, and the couch by the dumpster ( Read more... )

Oh my gosh.  Josh and I just bought furniture.  It's scary and exciting.  I don't usually go in for such large investments, but I think in the end it'll be worth it.  We bought a soft couch, love-seat, and chair in muted mossy green, and two espresso wood and glass side tables.  They're very pretty, and I hope we got a good price.  It's going to ( Read more... )
