If you've been working out ALOT alot, that could be depressing your immune system. I know, because that's what happened to me. I had to scale-back the workouts and strike a healthy balance, to allow my body enough time to rest.
I hope you feel much better, soon.
p.s. eat spinach, if you can. It's really great for building immune strength, fast.
