I decided to try interval training at my gym last week, Tuesday to be exact. Ran like the dickens, walked fast, ran like the dickens, walked fast. Did that for 30 minutes. Followed that up with steep incline walk. I felt a little stress on my left knee, kept going. Cuz I'm stoopid like that. And stubborn too

Be careful and rest it, I still get problems with my ankle and your knee is one of the main bones that support your weight.
