Stupid human trick

I decided to try interval training at my gym last week, Tuesday to be exact. Ran like the dickens, walked fast, ran like the dickens, walked fast. Did that for 30 minutes. Followed that up with steep incline walk. I felt a little stress on my left knee, kept going. Cuz I'm stoopid like that. And stubborn too ( Read more... )

just don't try to kick yourself... you'd hurt your knee! ;-p

alternate ice and heat??

rest! try recumbant bike if you must exercise at all!

I've heard that hot and cold thing too. It sounds like work, lol, but I'll try that tonight. ANd I won't do any running. *sigh*

Who'd have thought there'd be a day I"d be disappointed not to be running.

awww, that sounds very much like the kind of thing I do! I fractured my ankle once and walked on it the whole next day just to prove to myself that it wasnt broken....

Be careful and rest it, I still get problems with my ankle and your knee is one of the main bones that support your weight.
