So we close on our house tomorrow. Juan and I are in a sea of boxes, packing some of our last seven years up to take to the new house, leaving some behind, throwing some away.... Or not. I have replicated Starbucks' Caramel Apple Cider. I watched the dude make it a few years ago, and tonight I actually tried it for the first time at home and it's nearly perfect!
