Hunt Write-Up

Finally getting around to writing something about the Mystery Hunt:

This was a tough year writing the hunt for me. I ended up putting a LOT of time into it, which I hadn’t expected at all at the outset. In the comments on my hunt wrap-up post last year, I wrote:

Thanks! What you can't quite tell from this picture is that it's being held on by a safety pin, because the cheap elastic that holds it on broke as soon as I put it on the first time.

We were really expecting the final runaround to be in outer space using Celestia, and to be provided once our ship had passed inspection.

I don't know about the rest of Codex, but since it all worked out okay I think our detour to check all the other floors and the finding of the "parasol" was kind of hilarious.

I'm so glad you re-wrote the QR puzzle :) I figure, if *I* think a puzzle is boring, it really must be, since I'm so horrible at them :) Also, I'm glad you like the picture James took of you during kickoff -- I think it's my favorite mystery hunt picture ever :)

I really like the picture too. I have no idea what I'm doing in it, but it's entertaining.
