Couch to 5k

I did Week 2 Day 1 today. It consisted of 90 seconds of running/jogging followed by 2 minutes of walking. I can only hope that this gets easier. I could run for miles if my ankles and shins didn't start burning halfway through the running portion! That's okay. I finished it and that's the important part. I'm dreading Week 3. Eeeeeek.
