I like this post. I wanted to click like, as I do on Fb but I couldn't, haha. :D

I run outside, and I enjoy it a lot. But, somedays lazy and on the couch is much better.

I ran outside last year and liked it so much more than running on the treadmill. Shin splints be damned, I'm trying it again :)

Yeah, I hate shin splints, they are just awful.
