“Why can’t we just spend Valentine’s day together,” Scorpius muttered, glaring at his non-boyfriend. Non-boyfriend, because the man in question refused to be called Score’s boyfriend. What a stubborn git.
“Score, no. Just-we can’t, okay? What if someone finds out? Us, doing this, it’s bad enough already,” Harry said in his usually wretched tone. “I can’t just take off a whole day from the Aurors and not have an explanation.”
“Tell them you’re spending the day with your secret lover,” Scorpius smirked. “Come on…you know you want to.”
Scorpius watched carefully as the man turned and looked over his shoulder and back towards the bed, where Score had artfully arranged himself-nude and stretched out among the rumpled sheets.
“Score…” That was it, that soft way that Harry said his name in a husky timbre that shook Scorpius Malfoy to his core. No matter how old or young...Fuck, he loved this man ( ... )
