Well, I made it through the weekend just fine. The house hasn't burned down yet. The kids are ok. I made a decent dinner, got the house clean and the laundry under control, and sorted the kids for tomorrow

OMG!!! I'm trying really hard to be super upbeat and supportive; after all, these chickens are without their mama. But they're wonderful and I'm so happy to be there for them.
