You know what pisses me off? when i got class at 8am, and its the first day back...and i CANT FUCKING SLEEP :( insomnia kiss my ass!! its not like i havent tried...of course i shouldnt have been up till 2, but still--i tried to go to sleep around 2, and ive been laying there since fucking THINKING? thinking about what you ask? i hate that too....you should read a book or put on something pointless on TV and just try to clear your mind as much as possible

see that does the complete opposite for me, if i would've turned the TV on i would have never fell asleep, and reading really isnt my cup of tea. thanks for the advice but i think imma have to rely on tylenol pm in massive doses on these nights. hope things look up for you some. something that i did last night while i was awake was read your countless entries :)
