So, I am giving interviews today for a receptionist. Every person has at least a bachelor's degree and several have masters degrees. I have asked two questions as baseline for truth and to see how their thought process work

LOL, The answers to the questions are irrelevant. I want to see how someone thinks. The general thought process is to access memory and then move to immiganation to figure it out. Same process as lying. Gives me a good baseline for people who are not telling the truth.

I have had some people get angry at these types of questions. THAT is not a good thing to do in an interview...
