There are times that being an Episcopalian gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.
One such time was March of 2004 when a gay man was installed as Bishop of New Hampshire.

More like realistic .

I thought ? so ? .

Then I read further and discovered more neanderthal thoughts about this than even I might have . (I'm both Conservative and a child sex abuse survivor)

F' CHRISSAKES people ! grow up ! gay people are _not_ going to come get you , leave 'em the fuck alone .

And folks wonder why I talk to God all by myownself instead of going to church .

Well at least they're debating it! My relatives in Oklahoma are INSANE over the gays. For people of God they sure are filled with a lot of hate. Needless to say the only debate over gay rights they have is whether or not they should be allowed to live.

(We still need to get together over lunch or something and have our little chat about various Episcopalians, BTW. I'll be back in Boston this coming week, in NYC the following week, then back home again. The usual every-other week pattern.)
