I agree that when stress is a problem, shopping is a way of easing it. But it's limited, and 2006 is the year I hit my limit.

and, i have yarn i want to unload, is there a local swap? (it's new and not very pretty and low end, lion heart or whatever.)
my real new year's resolution is no spending, and doing the crafts i've got. i have to organize them and make them convenient to get out and put away, and will be containerizing to that end.
i had a weird time in 2006 too, but i feel floods of insight and competence coming in when called upon.
money is the weirdest thing.
let's have a cheap lunch -- or pack one and meet in a globally warmed park nearby -- soon.
