Him: Eastern Promises. Is this some kind of chick flick?
Me: Umm, no.

2 hours later
Him: That was SO a chick flick.
Me: Huh?
Him: It had a baby in it.

(OK, I mostly ordered it so I could get to see Aragorn buck-ass neekid, but that's FanGirl, no generic chick.)

viggo's a very good actor. i say this though i have seen him only in LoTR. it'd be nice to see him unclothed, for sure. (i'm defintely more fangirl than generic chick. *g*)

I'm much more impressed with Viggo's acting having seen this one, the role is so completely different, with a lot of nuances, and a generally less attractive character, and he carries it off really well. The man has some range. Now that I know what he looks like in the altogether, I'll have to re-watch the trilogy. Perhaps over MLK Birthday weekend.
