Wow, a lump sum of money at the end of the semester would be SO AWESOME. You wouldn't be able to spend it, but you would know it's coming. So jealous.

Montreal moving sounds so shitty. Glad I was here and not there.

Thats a good point about the lump sum of money. Meh Montreal moving is just shitty when people crap out on you. Which I assume is shitty regardless of geographic location.

I downloaded the new Beirut CD this morning when I saw you listening to it on last.fm (yes I am a last.fm stalker, sue me) and I've been listening to it all day. SO GOOD. I think better than Gulag Orkestar.

Hmm I should have known that you were last.fm stalking. I'm not too sure how I feel about it but thats just because I still haven't listened to it all the way through and have been listening to it start, stop, start.

But yes moving went fine. My mom was okay with driving in the city. I mean she complained a lot and we didn't quite make a turn at one road... we had to back up because the light turned red. Slightly embarrassing but you know whatever.

I now have my bed and am so done with the old apartment. Woo. This could be its own post... lame.
