I'm going to try to start writing on here more often rather than just using this to stalk people I know or to occasionally post a picture or YouTube link that possibly gives some small glimpse into what I've been up to lately. I could've killed a man last year but all anyone who reads this would know was that at some point I nostalgically

I know what you mean about feeling lazy and unaccomplished and overly guilty about wasting gas sometimes. I've begun walking excessive amounts again lately, even for clothes shopping, mall browsing, and 99 percent of trips to the grocery store. On the rare occasions that I do use the car for any of these things, I can't help but think how much gas I'm wasting and how I'm missing out on the exercise.

And I, too, am having trouble coming to terms with the fact that the '90s really were kind of a long time ago. Recently, it occurred to me that it was 15 years ago that Seinfeld first aired. Holy crap. And most of the '90s bands I still listen to today are now getting quite over the hill.

It's funny, my boyfriend is a teacher of 8th and 9th grade students, and sometimes he makes references to things like Simpsons episodes from the '90s era that are completely lost on these younger kids who somehow haven't seen episodes "that old." Damn these kids today! *shakes fist*
