hi elen! ok so I've been reading your fics for the past week (and I'm still saving the chaptered ones for the last) and OMG THIS WAS SO NICE it's so sad and I like the characterisation (especially soojung's!)
JongIn shared his plan to her, he wanted to go abroad to continue his study, and that was it. SooJung laughed. You are boring.
She declared to him that twenty would definitely be her favorite age. JongIn asked why, she replied with ‘because I can feel it’. these sound like something she would say ;;
At first, it was only a drop of tear came out from the corner of his eyes, dripping to the opaque asphalt. In a minute, a drop turned into a flood of mournful tears like the Acheron river. He just fell deeper into the abyss of despair
( ... )
ok so I've been reading your fics for the past week (and I'm still saving the chaptered ones for the last) y u so kind diya i love you /sobs/ and you quoted some parts of the fic makes me cries in joy :')
thank you for leaving a comment diya <3 ilu a lot <3333333333333333333
ps : have you heard the song that inspired me to write this? the lyric is so magical... it haunted me for days
have you read the lyric of song that inspired me to write this?
I love u too bb <33 they were written nicely I JUST GOTTA QUOTE
yes I have oh my god it was a whole different level of sad it's so hauntingly sad and beautiful I read the lyrics too and also like 3 interpretations ppl posted on the comment section, it's just wow I'm relieved you didn't write it as sad as those interpretations (one said the guy married the dead girl's sister, and another said the guy killed himself hence the "arms wrapped now around his wife")
BUT THEN AGAIN your fic is also sad why do I like angst why do I like sad stuff why do you like sad stuff sobs you should be happier ;;
my interpretation about the lyric is the guy was already married to someone and the girl became a spirit and saw him from a far. at first, i made this fic from soojung's perspective (she became a spirit/ghost) but i'm suck at fantasy genre so i changed it to jongin's perspective lol
sad stuff is....happiness. maybe because we could explore sad feeling because happiness doesn't have peculiar feeling (idk the proper sentence to explain this lol) as Tolstoy said Happy families are all alike; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way. sadness has its own way :3
