Copyright infringement?

How the fuck is it copyright infringement when I mention the author of the copy and pasted material..BY name. If the author is whining about this it's because it's an embarrassment to her. Oh and 2yrs later? gimme a break.

JC..one of my posts has been blocked. It dates back 2yrs, to when an author named Candace Sams had an EPIC meltdown in the commentary section of a bad review someone wrote about her romance novel. I had pulled a message off her facebook page and pasted it here on my LJ page. I also posted the link to the meltdown on amazon to make it easier to find. Sadly..author in meltdown went back and not only deleted ALL her reactionary and retaliatory remarks in the comments of that review..she deleted her facebook page! So now..2yrs later I'm getting a notice from the LJ Abuse team that I've had a copyright infringement filed with them about that post. Sad ain't it?

oh and it was on Amazon.com where this happened..and of course on Ms. Sams facebook page, and her blog and hell I wasn't the only one on LJ to write a post about it or even cut and paste the stuff. I just wish I'd thought to archive it, or have someone else mirror it elsewhere. It really was priceless. It was the trainwreck that kept on giving.
