Attentively,
Lord Nuncstand

Dearest Lord Nuncstandish,
Oh, hoo-ray! today shall be the grandest bonnet-day of the season! A skeleton-washing would be most gentlemanly of you to provide! And oh, a new stowaway! cake shall be served at noon-thirty, Standish shall await your carriage.

My Dear Mr. Cyril Q. Basingstoke of Waxholme,

Hoo-ray for new electrically-registered friends! I shall instruct Standish in adding your fine name to my robust mechanical social! And thank you ever so for introducing me to other upstanding gentlemen in this modern city of electricity-current. But should you choose to take tea this afternoon on the veranda, Standish should have to fit you with a bonnet...I am most impressed with the special bonnet seamstress prepared for Mr. Tin...oh, he looks so merry and gay! It quite makes me laugh! ha ha!

fondly,

I must tell you that Standish is not the butler, and shant be providing such service for some fort-night, as it were. And there is no cake left. You shall have have to call on an occasion less grim. My most sincere apologies.
