Only three weeks into the new job.

They're moving me to second shift because I don't require supervision.

I'm getting a 'substantial' raise.

The development engineers already know me by name because of the 'help' I've given them. ("Dammit, Ted! Stop finding the design flaws!")

Yup, I'm fitting in juuuust fine.

That's my bro! So, what do they consider "substantial"? At my work, that's like 25 cents more an hour. Woo, an extra $2 a day, before taxes! :P
