Why why why, do I have to get a Trojan virus now! Any suggestions on how t get rid of the fucking things?

I have the 2004 version...which means that I'd have to update the thing like hell. I already need 74 for microsoft. I'll try updating it, though. I had to completely wipe my computer last night
