The whole institution of the Peace prize deserves a rant, but it shall be canned. It's been another long break for me from the blogging world, trust life's been treating y'all well..

True, true, but in Alfred Nobel's case the philanthropy was only after his death, the prizes were instituted from his will.. I'm not sure if that's better or worse!

You know what .... we should have a "Gangue Prize". We can nominate, debate and pick one person each year who "deserves" the prize. If we are convinced that it is a prestigious honour, then maybe the rest of the world will soon follow.
We have nothing to lose .... and who knows, it could make our kids very rich ;)

Yes, we muuuuust. But, then again that would mean accepting another person each year as being just amaaaazing, which would just too bad..
