I got something in my eye Thursday. At the time it felt like my eyelash had turned in on itself so I didn't give it much thought. Friday, my eye was pretty dry feeling and I examined it and saw that there was something in it. Yippie, I'm getting to work more. Boo Hoo, all the extra plus some is going to mechanics. Now I get to look forward to about 3 weeks of constant work. So I guess that means I'll be complaining about car salesman getting my money next month. On the bright side - oh well - I'm sure there will be one somewhere, sometime, maybe?

One of the things about my new job is that the hours can fluctuate greatly. I am only promised one day per week and anything else comes from someone needing to take time off or being "sick" or actually sick. Signs is the most religiously profound movie I have ever seen in my lifetime. I think that this is because the theme is one of the most basic aspects of my own personal beliefs - "All things happen for a reason."
Just because you don't see doesn't mean the reason isn't there.

I am so loving the new job. So many changes. I have learned 2 and a half new routes. A few weeks ago, one of the temps quit without notice so I talked with the guy I was subbing for and, with his blessing, asked for the other route.
