Looking for things I can control in my life, I decided to get back into shape. I've designed a fitness regimen and dietary plan to trim weight, build muscle and improve tone, and increase my cardiovascular endurance. I even started a training blog. It is nice to have goals and something to think about besides her or work.

That's awesome, good luck! I also have a program that I'm trying to stick to - it definitely improves my mood... And if civilization does come crashing down, the physical strength and endurance will come in handy.
