my mom came home about 20 minutes ago. she told me my grandma died at 2:22 am. my grandma hasn't been well for a real long time and i knew this day was going to be soon but now that its here i can't believe it. i feel so terrible right now and i can't believe i'll never see her again. if you're reading this now please help me through this. my heart

I'm really sorry about your grandma. I remember the day my mom told me my grandma died. But you know what? She will always be with you... in memories, photos, your heart, whatever. So even though she is gone, she really isn't. But if you still need a shoulder to cry on (be it an electronic shoulder) you can IM me whenever. <3
