I may have missed the Annual Tyler Rose Parade but I didnt miss the roses showing off their beauty in the Texas sunshine. Stephanie and I spent a day at the gardens breathing in the scent of roses. It was peaceful and showed mother nature at her peak of beauty.

Texas Turkey Vultures
Vultures waiting for the next unfortunate victim to lose its life to the nature of the circle. They roosted in a nearby tree patiently waiting and sunning themselves until the time to gorge came to be. I dont think I ever seen so many gathered in one location.

Retirement Community for the Big Cats
Bob the Bobcat, tigers galore, a pair of lions, and a black leopard were among those we saw during a tour of the Big Cat Sanctuary in Tyler Texas. The sanctuary provides homes for the big kitties until their death. They had a full house with forty two cats. The donations of visitors keep the cats in food, shelter, and medical care. Cabin with fireplace, Good Friends and Cats Pajamas
Took a little get away this weekend. Went to a friends cabin in the heart of Branson Missouri. Relaxing is all I can say.
