What a great night!!! Wow. Work is way too much fun.

I worked my first balloon flight last night and it was great. I couldn't believe how much it felt like just last week crewed and how easily I remembered all the protocol and rules and whatnot. Tonight is the first scheduled flight of the summer...and I have to go to class.

I spent the evening at a celebration for family held at the Manitoba Club on Broadway. What a cool place. It's 100 years old, full of history, and just beautiful on the inside. $51.50 to fill up my tank today, with a 7 cent/litre discount to boot.

I almost cried.

So that means...3 and 5....plus 18....carry the 1....YIKES! $200.00 in gas over the last 30 days. That's insane.

Time to start running, really fast, cause it'll be the only mode of transportation I can afford right shortly. It's a long way to campus...
