I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I know exactly what you mean by getting affected around this time. I always start getting really down right as November starts.

Yes that is exactly what I mean! I'm getting better at it though. I get affected by weather and stuff so bad sometimes. At least Christmas is coming.
