I've noticed that. Henry can/could tell whether I'm going to see a client or not by what I'm wearing, honestly--it's subtle but the clothes are a big part of the role.

And expensive to keep up with, frankly.

and you can only ever wear them like once or twice per client because they notice if you keep wearing the same thing over and over.

Especially the ones who want you to be rich for some reason, right? This: why I have such a huge closet.

But it'll be big even after I get rid of some of this stuff, anyway. Some of it I like, but some of it has about as much value as the schoolgirl skirts and fake leather from when I was doing videos.

I'm still trying to figure out how to deliver all my gifts o_o I don't even know, BUT I have mine and Liam's from you and they are going in my secret cache which I would talk less openly about if like Liam followed my journalings except for when I bugged him

Networking is not even inherently Machiavellian so shhh - and like I don't know if this is weird to just tell you but this post makes me happy, for you and just...in general. SO. Use your wiles, Hasi >:3

Totally out of nowhere: can I ask you for some advice?

MAGIC TIME. oleanderknife December 19 2009, 19:32:24 UTC
The Nexus's pinpoint system might be beneficial?

That's not weird at all, and I'm very glad. (Also: glad to be enabled, although Henry may disagree purely on the surface. It's his job to be more sensible than I am, though.)

Yes, of course, go right ahead.

That seems like the way to do it, if i can get my phone to work, god.

Awesome :) (...that must be hard, he's a guy, they're automatically less sensible at birth. Kudos to him for trying, I guess!)

Do you think a scrapbook is actually the lamest possible gift you could give to someone, or only a close second?

He's actually pretty good about a lot of things! For example: he doesn't quite understand why I have so many clothes, but he suggested partitioning off one of the smaller rooms to turn into a walk-in closet/studio. Clever man.

It's not lame at all, actually--gifts should be personal, and it's always all about context.
