Bioshock Infinite

After beating Bioshock Infinite, I have just 1 relatively spoiler-free complaint about it. Despite the fact that its story, and its female character, are far less developed than those of, say, The Longest Journey (and April Ryan or Alyx Vance), people are giving the game really high praises.  The last 20 minutes of the game are basically a lengthy cut-scene explaining everything that has transpired before.  Yet, cutscenes in other games are a thing to be frowned upon.  What's with the double-standards? While the game is a step in the right direction for the industry, it's rather insignificant by itself.  I was bored by it, and couldn't wait to finish it so that I could move to playing better games.  Even travelling by Sky-Line--initially the coolest part of the game--got tedious toward the end.
