i know this sounds really corny, but i will never forget it ever since i've heard it.
you need to hit rock bottom to gather up the strength you need to push yourself back up.
i kind of agree with that saying but then I don't because God will always take care of you and He will always lift you up no matter how deep you are in. but sometimes we just have to sit at rock bottom to rest with God. and the crazy part is, God actually comes down to rock bottom so we don't have to kill ourselves trying to go back up to Him.
