It's hot; traffic is horrible; service in the NAIA is horrible - yup, I'm definitely home :)

For those who don't know, Hong Kong is a home to a lot of domestic helpers - mainly Thais, Indonesians, and Filipinos. During the week, they are usually confined to their masters' house taking care of the kids, watching the elderly, and cleaning the apartment. The coming Tuesday will mark the end of my L'Oreal HK internship. With June being the last month of Hong Kong's academic year, a lot of fresh grads and new hires have arrived in the office. Thus, they have no room, and no budget, to have an intern around doing the menial tasks :p ( Read more... )
