free tv

I put an ad on craigslist offering my tv to someone that is willing to come and get it. That's what obo means, right?

My parents have offered to buy me a tv if I get rid of the old one and clean my room.

I'm not sure which is more difficult.

That's not what OBO means. OBO means "or best offer." It means you've asked for $40 and you'll take $20 if you can't get $40. (If you were being sarcastic, I couldn't see it through the intarfiltres.

I don't know if there is an abbreviation for "FREE." Generally it's understood that "FREE" includes "you must come and pick it up," though there are definitely people who will try to take advantage. Just make it clear in the ad.

I forgot to use the sarcastic font, sorry. ;)

I said, must go, you must pick up and $75 obo. I mean, I'll take the money. I like money. Ask anyone.
