I decided to change things a bit this month, I mean a year of basically the same formula is bound to grow stale. So this month and possibly many months to follow I’m going to do a sort of month in revue. Take stories in the news that stood out for me from and give my two cents about them, because I know how much you all love my opinion. Since I’m ( Read more... )

The thing about Nick Lachey is that he's entitled to half of that money. What exactly does Jessica bring to the table here? She's Hot, okay, but really, before she married Nick and they got the Newleyweds show, they were nothing more than b-rate celebrities. Jessica got alot from playing up the ditziness that she showed on MTV and it was at least partially a bigger hit because Nick played her straight man. Anything she gets outside of the marriage will be her's, but her marital assets should be split 50/50

Plus, it's her stupid fault for not signing a pre-nup. C'mon now.

The girl waited until marriage for sex. I'm pretty sure if she was that hardcore about her husband being the right man for her to give her virginity to, she's probably not thinking about having to get divorced.

I know that the person you marry isn't the same person you divorce, but I mean...she has advisers. If you, as a person with a bucketful of money is marrying another person with a bucketful of money, I can't believe that none of their lawyers or financial advisers or ANYBODY told them to sign a pre-nup. And I mean...if he was actually the right one and they were going to stay together forever, then it never would have come into play right

This is going to open up a whole new can of worms but...you think that just because she didn't put out that she was more determined to make her marriage work or marry the right person? I could say that the divorce proved that wrong but...that's just obvious. I dunno, I'm strangely intrigued, right now.

One more thing about the original post...
The Firetruck. Now explain to me why they needed to use a brand new 600,000 dollar state of the art pumper to respond to a call that WASN'T a fire. Honestly, shit happens; even if you don't believe that anyone will steal it, you shouldn't leave an important piece of equipment idling at the curb with no one inside. It's just not right.
I've heard them say that in the history of the Winnipeg fire department, nothing like this has ever happened, that no one thought anyone would be low enough to steal a firetruck. If everyone played by the rules there would be no crime. Honour system be damned, they (the WFD) should have been watching what they were doing.
Brief recap:
-Don't leave a truck idling
-If you have to leave it idling, don't send all 4 people in the truck to check on a first responder call
-barring those, take a piece of equipment that is suitable for the job and don't take the newest, most expensive piece of equipment on the 'get the cat out of the tree' type of call.

In response to this first of all they have to leave the truck idling its one of their rules cause shutting off the truck shuts off everything on the truck the pump and anything else they might need to get to right away and not have time to find the keys and start it up

As for takng the newest piece of equipment on those type of calls...come on like you wouldnt take the shiney new truck over the run down piece of shit if you had the choice

My car's like that, too. I have to fire up an internal combustion engine just to fire up my bong (yes, before I bought a lighter, this is what I resorted to).

But the best part is, their insurance was probably void because the door was unlocked! They obviously haven't heard of having two sets of keys. Even if it's those RFID keys, you can buy extras from the manufacturer.

I want to kill the guy who stole that truck. Honestly, how much of a dumb fuck are you. And now WE, the tax payers have to fix it. I swear I couldn't care less if he dies in intensive care.
