This is one of those fics that probably shouldn't see the light of day. But like that ever stopped me.

Summary: Ikari does not hate chains. No. He loves chains.
Pairing: There's no pairing he just likes them like a teddy bear, yeah. *makes shifty eyes*
The very first time Ikari Daigo had thrown a massive fit when someone had said what had at time sounded like criticism against the Oujou White Knights, his teammates had roped him up. They had found they shouldn't have bothered as soon as Ikari tore through it in no time and charged at the offender only even more filled with rage. Ootawara had therefore just sat on him until the object of Ikari's ire had run away, and Shogun had sighed and sent someone to buy some chains.
It was love at first touch, pretty much. Something just clicked. Maybe it was just the links clicking against each other, but Ikari firmly believed it was some sort of sign. He soon took to raging at the slightest provocation, even if he wasn't feeling particularly rageful, which wasn't often, just to make his teammates wrap him in that lovely, cold, metallic prison. He thought he might just die of joy once his teammates gave up and took to keeping him in chains all the time.
But the best day of all had been when they had forgotten to untie him. He had looked around, made sure there was no one left in the clubroom, and then rushed home, believing this was an indirect permission to take the chains with him. He had squirmed out of them, noted how well they went with the bars on his window (which had been installed because he could never manage to keep from breaking the glass), put them on his bed and just played with them for a few hours, before finally falling asleep, hugging them in his arms like a comforting toy.
The next day, Oujou bought some more chains, and Ikari smiled happily. There was no doubt, no doubt at all that Oujou was the best team of all time.
