The people I know who are smug about Harry Potter are half of the reason that I don't like Harry Potter anymore. The other half is that the writing quality plummets after book 3.

So don't blame me.

I have to agree that Brust does kick Rowling's ass writing-wise...and plot-wise, and everthing else-wise except moneywise. and who cares about money anyway. Vlad rocks my socks. WAY more than Harry does.

Harry Potter RULES, sucka!!

Book 7 (Deathly Hallows) is pretty much the greatest franchised fantasy novel of all time. What is this Vlad shit? Pah!

The new movie was meh. Order of the Phoenix (book or movie) is kind of meh, in general. The 6th and 7th TOTALLY RULE THOUGH, OMG.

I wish they got high more often in the Harry Potter books, though. At least those fucking hobbits knew how to smoke.
