Yesterday I made an offer for a unit in Mount Lawley, which was accepted a few hours later. Subject to finance I will be settling in less than 3 weeks. This means there will be a fair amount of overlap between moving out of Nedlands and into Mount Lawley, but I'm quite happy as it allows me plenty of time to arrange moving as well as sorting out
